Sam was very easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted in a home even changing our mind between a resell and a new build. We ultimately en with a new build due to a time difference and a new build being "easier" to get. Sam went to the property, sent us videos and we placed our deposit next day. She was able to get us the house easy and have no up and down emotions over a resell build! She was there every step of the way and answered all the questions above and beyond a realtor! I highly recommend Sam for any real estate needs! She even did a fantastic job with working with us in England and being our eyes in NM!

I was living in Hawaii trying to sell my house in Rio Rancho. I had another realtor and he was telling me all this stuff I needed to get done, and he was a very pessimistic person. My friend in Rio Rancho told me about Samantha and I called her. She immediately went and saw my house, she told me what needed to be done and she took care of everything. She called people to clean, fix and make the home inside and out beautiful. On the first day of the open house it sold for more than I was asking. Samantha is such an upbeat person, I trusted her and she came through in everything. I would recommend her to anyone!
