When we contacted Samantha, we already had some homes in mind. By the time she could contact the seller(which was very prompt) they were under contract. So she went to work to find the perfect home for us that we could get the jump on. When she found the home that we purchased, she was on the ball. She was on top of us to meet deadlines because we loved the house. The process was so seamless and her organization and professionalism really shined.
